Refunds can be made on unused/unopened merchandise only. All refund requests must be made within ten calendar days from the date the order was delivered and must be received by us within fifteen days from the date of delivery. All refunds must be returned at the buyers expense and must include a return authorization number. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges can be credited up to the full purchase price of the item less shipping on both the new order and original order.
